It was this new very capable model that can segment anything in a photo just with a click.

The tech made some waves and became a foundational task for many high-level tasks like image editing for example.

But, the huge computational cost still prevents it from wider use.

Well, luckily, we now got Fast SAM.

Fast SAM has 50 times higher run-time speed.

WHAT ELSE IS GOING ON

🦙 New competition for Gen-2 AI-generated videos: ZeroScope. This model is set to take on Gen-2 with two models in their suite that are completely open-sourced. You can see some of the amazing videos the community created here.
